  • 15 ounces canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions, white and green parts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
