Servings: makes 24 cookies

1 cup peanut butter 1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granular Splenda 1 cup granular Splenda
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking soda
1 large egg 1 large egg
3 shakes ground cinnamon (optional) 3 shakes ground cinnamon (optional)

Mix together & form into little balls on greased cookie sheets. Press down "crossways" with fork for a true peanut butter cookie look. 350º for 10 minutes; allow a few minutes to cool. DONE.
