  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon Sugar-free powdered sweetener erythritol or monk fruit or Allulose
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices ** see note to make your own
  • subheading: SUGAR FREE CANDIED PECAN TOPPING:
  • ½ cup Pecan nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Coconut oil melted (or butter)
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
