Keto Lo Mein {Just Like Takeout!}
Ingredients

  • 1 package Cole slaw mix, approx 12 ounces
  • 2 packages noodles of choice {kelp, shirataki, or konjac}
  • 1 cup thinly sliced bell pepper {I used yellow, orange, and red}
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion
  • ¼ cup chopped Green Onion
  • Sesame Oil, for frying
  • 2 cups Chopped Chicken
