Healthy Crockpot Butter Chicken
Ingredients
  • 3 to 3.5 lbs chicken breasts, skinless & boneless, cut into 2" pieces
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 medium onions, minced
  • ½ inch ginger root, peeled & minced
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 14 oz can coconut milk, light
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup cilantro/scallions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooking spray (I use Misto)
