  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil for garnish
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
