  • 375 ml white vinegar (1 ½ cups)
  • 2 ½ teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour (all purpose flour)
  • ⅓ cup white vinegar (additional for combining powders and flour into a slurry)
