Pumpkin Cheesecake Cottage Whip
Ingredients
  • ½ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling!)
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • sweetener of choice (I used a few pinches of pure stevia, but you can also use a few teaspoons of a sweetener blend)
