1 Bottle Sauce
3-4 lbs. Pork Belly, 1 1/2” Pieces
3 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 Ginger, thumb size, finely minced.
In large bowl, add Sauce and all ingredients and marinate overnight.
-In Sauté mode, add some oil and sauté Pork Belly for about 10 minutes.
-Add sauce and mix thoroughly, making sure nothing sticks on bottom.
-HP 15 minutes, 10 minutes NR...
*Best Pork Belly was found at Costco...
