Tortellini

Ingredients
  • 1 Package Tortellini - any flavor
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1 block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
Steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
  2. Boil water, add tortellini
  3. Brown beef, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  4. Drain grease from the pan
  5. Add marinara to pan, stir to coat the meat
  6. Add cream cheese - stir it into the meat while it melts
  7. Strain cooked tortellini and add to the meat sauce and mix in
  8. Pour tortellini mixture into an 8x13 pan and cover with mozzarella cheese
  9. Bake for 10 min, then broil for an additional 1 to 2 min’s, until the cheese browns a little bit
  10. Serve with garlic bread, vegetable and/or salad
  11. *** You can use a cast iron skillet to cook the meat sauce and add pasta to it. Cover with cheese and put skillet in the oven to bake instead of 8x13 pan.
