The Easiest Red Curry Peanut Noodles

  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 2 tsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 8 oz of rice noodles

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 2 to 3 tbsp water
  • subheading: Optional Toppings:
  • Scallions
  • Crushed Peanuts
  • Chili Oil
  • Sliced Cucumbers
  • Lime Wedges
