  • 3 cup oats, quick-cooking or regular
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
