  • Chopped FODBOD Protein Bars
  • Genius Pitta Breads
  • subheading: Tomato sauce:
  • 1 cup of tomato passata
  • ½ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (add more to taste)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin, paprika, all spice
  • subheading: Carrot and capsicum dip:
  • 500g carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 200g red capsicum, chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons of garlic infused olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon each of paprika and cumin
