Weight Watchers Brandied Chicken & Summer Fruit....corrected!
I shared this before but left off a couple things on the ingredient list.  This is copied directly from the weight watchers page.  Each serving is 7 of the 2017 plan points.
Ingredients
  • 1 ⁄4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp table salt
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ⁄4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 pound(s) uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s) , four 4-oz pieces
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 medium uncooked scallion(s) , very thinly sliced
  • 2 clove(s), medium garlic clove(s) , minced
  • 4 fl oz brandy
  • 1 ⁄3 cup(s) reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp sugar
  • 4 item(s), medium plum(s) , peeled and sliced
  • 2 item(s), medium nectarine(s) , peeled and sliced
