Grilled Honey-Balsamic Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers, seeded and quartered

  • 2 ears corn, shucked and silk removed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, plus more for the grill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil, for garnish
