Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt -plain
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  •  
Steps
  1. Spread mixture over chicken breasts, bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins
  2. Serve with 3 servings of veggies and a fat serving- example roasted green beans- (fresh green beans tossed with olive oil and roasted in the oven till they start to brown.)
