Taco stuffed shells
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ? pasta shells, boiled to al dente and drained
  • 1 lb ground “meat”
  • 1 plg taco seasoning
  • ½ c each diced onions and peppers
  • Block of cheese (colby jack?)
Steps
  1. Cook “meat” then add onions & pepper (and garlic)? And saute until tender
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water and mic
  3. Stuff some meat mixture in a shell.
  4. Put in a block of cheese the length of the shell
  5. Cover with another shell. Place on tray with outer shell touching the tray (looks like a pea pod)
  6. Might be good to spray air fryer tray and tops with oil
  7. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes at 400
  8. Make a dip of sour cream and taco seasoning
