Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauces

  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 2 gallons vegetable oil

  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • subheading: Tangy Mayo dipping sauce (Cane’s Sauce):
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt and blackpepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • subheading: Honey mustard dipping sauce:
  • ½ cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • subheading: Chipotle BBQ dipping sauce:
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow ballpark mustard
  • subheading: Ranch dipping sauce:
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill (fresh)
