Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 fully cooked grilled chicken (skinless, boneless and chopped)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ΒΌ cup water
  • Half a cup of butter
  • 6 ounces or 1 packet of a quick-cook (stove top) filler mix
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 3 celery stalks (diced)
  • 10 ounce or 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 ounce can or 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
