  • subheading: COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM:
  • 13.66 oz coconut milk, full-fat, chilled and divided (385 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • toasted coconut flakes, to serve
