Authentic Italian Easter Ricotta Pie
Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon orange or lemon extract or can use 1 teaspoon of grated lemon or orange zest
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • subheading: FOR THE RICOTTA PIE:
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 30 ounces Galbani Double Cream Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon zested
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup candied citrus peel (citron)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
