  • ½ Cup Milk - Look for high protein
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese - Grated (Fresh Preferred)
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
  • 6 Ounces Pasta - Your Choice
  • 6 Ounces Protein - *Optional Cooked (I like Rotisserie)
