Louisiana Meatloaf with Cajun Gravy

Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey breast
  • 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons dry minced/chopped onion, (found by the dried spices, different brands call it minced or chopped)
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup plain dry breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning, (found by the spices)
  • 4 tablespoons light butter, (I use Land O’Lakes light butter spread with canola oil)
  • 2 cups reduced sodium beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon Beef Base, (you can also use powdered bouillon or a bouillon cube, but I highly recommend BTB, it’s awesome)
  • ½ teaspoon Gravy Master Seasoning and Browning Sauce
