  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup white wine dry
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
  • freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper flakes to taste , optional
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped , for garnish
