Chocolate Banana Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 6 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate (1 cup)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
