Sliced Bread
Ingredients
  • 350g water
  • 2 teaspoon yeast
  • 300g Bakers flour
  • 300g wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 15g oil
Steps
  1. Place water, yeast into mixing bowl and heat 1 minute 30 seconds 37° Sp 2
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Blitz 15 sec sp 3 prior to knead
  4. Knead 6 minutes dough setting
  5. Rest dough 15 minutes
  6. Cut dough into two halves, press into rectangle shape, fold and place in tin, repeat with other half. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Place tin in a warm place for an hour, once dough has risen to just below the lid, preheat oven to 220°
  8. Place tin in oven, add a dish with 3 blocks of ice in bottom of oven.
  9. Reduce temperature to 180° And cook for 30 minutes
  10. Remove lid and return tin to oven for 5 minutes
  11. Remove from oven and rest in tin for 5 minutes before placing on cooling rack
