Ingredients
- 350g water
- 2 teaspoon yeast
- 300g Bakers flour
- 300g wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 15g oil
Steps
- Place water, yeast into mixing bowl and heat 1 minute 30 seconds 37° Sp 2
- Add remaining ingredients
- Blitz 15 sec sp 3 prior to knead
- Knead 6 minutes dough setting
- Rest dough 15 minutes
- Cut dough into two halves, press into rectangle shape, fold and place in tin, repeat with other half. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place tin in a warm place for an hour, once dough has risen to just below the lid, preheat oven to 220°
- Place tin in oven, add a dish with 3 blocks of ice in bottom of oven.
- Reduce temperature to 180° And cook for 30 minutes
- Remove lid and return tin to oven for 5 minutes
- Remove from oven and rest in tin for 5 minutes before placing on cooling rack
