  • 1 (7 ounce) bag coconut, divided use (shredded or flaked)
  • 5 egg whites

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (heaping)
  • 6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla powder
