Easy, delicious, fast way to steam broccoli or cauliflower florets

Ingredients
  • Cauliflower or broccoli florets
  • 1 c water or broth
  • Seasonings, to taste (butter, salt, pepper, flavored salt, etc.)
Steps
  1. Pour the water or broth into the IP liner.
  2. Put the florets into a steamer basket and into the IP.
  3. Close and seal the IP.
  4. Press Steam and set for 0 minutes.
  5. Quick release the steam.
  6. Carefully remove the steamer basket, season the veggies, and serve.
Notes
  • I used this method to cook the broccoli when I wanted to make broccoli beef. I made the Mongolian Beef recipe separately, and when it and the broccoli were done, added the broccoli to the beef. Can't cook 'em together or the broccoli will be mush.
