Cranberry Dark Chocolate Pecan Rustic Dutch Oven Bread
Ingredients
  • 5 ½ tsp. instant yeast
  • 1 c. whole milk, heated to about 110°F
  • ¼ c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, and slightly cooled (to around 110°F)
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • ½ c. rye flour
  • ¼ c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ¾ c. dried cranberries, chopped (you can substitute dried cherries or raisins)
  • ½ c. coarsely chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 ½ c. coarsely chopped toasted pecans
