Cucumber Edamame Salad
Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Cilantro or Parsley chopped
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions thinly chopped

  • ¼ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or substitute with 3 tablespoons of coconut aminos
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Cloves Garlic mashed
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds optional; for garnishing
