Gluten-Free Donuts (Real, Fried Cake Donuts!)
Ingredients

  • 5 cups All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend (OR 1 C white rice flour, 1 C potato starch, 1 C tapioca starch, 1 C brown rice flour and ½ C corn starch) (Add additional flour if they are too moist to work with)
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • Oil for deep frying

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
