Ingredients
  • 25 g (2 ½ Tbsp) cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 300 ml (1 ¼ cups) non-dairy milk (unsweetened soy is best)
  • 200 ml (½ + ⅓ cup) non-dairy cream (I like Elmlea Plant double)
  • 50 g (¼ cup) caster or granulated sugar (can use more or less to taste)
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of turmeric (optional)
