1 boîte de 375 ml tomate en conserve égouttées ou 6 tomates pelées et hachées

1 cuillère à table beurre

1 oignon haché finement

1 gousse d'ail émincée

2 cuillères à table pâte de tomates

½ cuillère à thé sucre

¼ cuillère à thé thym

½ tasse bouillon de légumes ou de poulet

½ tasse crème 15%
