Ingredients
  • 2 cups finely chopped red bell peppers
  • 5 ½ cups sugar
  • ⅔ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 or 2 finely chopped jalapeno peppers *
  • 1 pouch liquid Certo
  • note: If you're not a fan of heat, you can use ½ to 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce may be substituted for the Jalapeno pepper.
