  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ onion
  • 1 ½ Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • Parsley to garnish
  • heavy (whipping) cream to garnish
  • extra virgin olive oil to garnish
