Probiotic Peppermint Dark Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
  • 9 oz. dark chocolate, chopped finely (can also use chocolate chips)
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 2 capsules of Just Thrive Probiotic
  • 6 drops peppermint extract (add more or less to taste)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • subheading: Garnishes (to coat the truffles with):
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes
