Creamy Avocado Dressing for Clean Eating (Sugar, Gluten & Dairy Free!)
Ingredients
  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • ½ cup packed fresh parsley or cilantro leaves, stems removed
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste (about ¼ to ½ teaspoon each)
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • juice of one large lime
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, peeled
  • ⅓ to ½ cup water cold water (start with less and work up to your desired consistency)
