Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp all-natural Pumpkin Puree (depending on your love for Pumpkin!)
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
  • sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • pinch of granulated stevia or a touch of any sweetener you wish.
  • 1.5 cups ice
