  • 1 to 2 fresh plum tomatoes sliced extra virgin olive oilvinegar )kosher salt and black peppersturdy sandwich bread, I suggest a hearty farmhouse or sourdough3 to 4 slices bacon, cooked crispgreens of your choiceSliced avocado, optional if that's your thing! We also love the addition of thin-sliced red onion sometimes.
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons vinegar red wine or peach white balsamic are my favorites
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 slices sturdy sandwich bread I suggest a hearty farmhouse or sourdough
  • 3 to 4 tbsp garlic-herb sandwich spread* (or just use plain mayo)
  • 3 to 4 slices bacon cooked
  • crisp greens of choice to taste
  • avocado sliced, optional
  • red onion thinly sliced, optional
