Authentic Canadian Poutine
Ingredients

  • 4 cups (960ml) beef or chicken stock (I used beef for a darker gravy)

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt more to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper more to taste
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups (250g) Cheese curds
