  • 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (8oz. each)
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • ⅛ tsp. black pepper
