Adapted from a recipe in Harry Craddock's 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book.
By its bitter-sweet taste this cocktail is especially suited to be a luncheon aperitif.
Ingredients
  • 3 bar spoonsful Orange Marmalade 15 to 20 ml
  • 2 oz Haymans London dry gin
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • ¼ oz rich simple syrup
  • 1 dash orange bitters by Angustora
  • 3 drops saline solution 4:1 (20 gm salt to 80 gm water)
  • Orange twist
