By its bitter-sweet taste this cocktail is especially suited to be a luncheon aperitif.

Ingredients
- 3 bar spoonsful Orange Marmalade 15 to 20 ml
- 2 oz Haymans London dry gin
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ¼ oz rich simple syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters by Angustora
- 3 drops saline solution 4:1 (20 gm salt to 80 gm water)
- Orange twist
