Ingredients

  • 4 smashed cloves garlic
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped capers
  • ⅓ cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  •  
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
  • Juice of ½ lemon
