Mississippi Mud Cake
Ingredients

  • 1 C. Butter, melted
  • 1 ½ C. Flour
  • 2 C. Sugar
  • 1 ½ C. Shredded Coconut
  • ⅓ C. Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  •

  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
  •  
  • subheading: Frosting:
  • ¼ C. Cocoa Powder
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • ¼ C. Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 lb. Powdered Sugar
  • Dash of Salt
Steps
  1. Mix all cake ingredients together and bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350° F for 30 to 40 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and immediately spread with the jar of marshmallow cream, then cool completely.
  3. Cream together all frosting ingredients until smooth.
  4. When completely cooled, top cake with frosting.
Notes
  • Whole pan: = 7919 calories; makes about 24 bars @ 329 calories each
