Ingredients
- subheading: Cake:
- 1 C. Butter, melted
- 1 ½ C. Flour
- 2 C. Sugar
- 1 ½ C. Shredded Coconut
- ⅓ C. Cocoa Powder
- 4 Eggs
- 1 t. Vanilla
- subheading: Topping:
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
- subheading: Frosting:
- ¼ C. Cocoa Powder
- 1 t. Vanilla
- ¼ C. Evaporated Milk
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 lb. Powdered Sugar
- Dash of Salt
Steps
- Mix all cake ingredients together and bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350° F for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately spread with the jar of marshmallow cream, then cool completely.
- Cream together all frosting ingredients until smooth.
- When completely cooled, top cake with frosting.
