Honey Garlic Pan-Fried Cod Fish
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pound (650g)  cod fillets
  • ½ cup (125ml)  honey
  • 4 cloves  garlic, minced or crushed through a garlic press
  • ½ cup  whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon  red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon  Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon  paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt and  black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped  cilantro for garnish
  • 1  lemon, sliced, for garnish
