Ingredients
  • Slow cooker beef stroganoff

  • you can replace beef soup base with 3 cubes bullion

  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 1/½ pounds stew meat or round steak
  • ¼ cup purpose flower
  • 2 10.75 ounce cans golden mushroom soup
  • 3 ½ cups water
  • 3 tsp beef soup base
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box pasta
  •  
  • 1. 1. heat oil in skillet douse meat in flower and brown transfer to slow cooker and top with soup, water, and bullion
  •  
  • 2. 2. cook for Eight hours
  •  
  • 3. stir in sour cream during last 30 minutes
  •  
  • 4. spoon over pasta and serve
  •  
  • Yield: 6 servings
