- cooking time 8 ½ hours
- you can replace beef soup base with 3 cubes bullion
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 1/½ pounds stew meat or round steak
- ¼ cup purpose flower
- 2 10.75 ounce cans golden mushroom soup
- 3 ½ cups water
- 3 tsp beef soup base
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box pasta
- 1. 1. heat oil in skillet douse meat in flower and brown transfer to slow cooker and top with soup, water, and bullion
- 2. 2. cook for Eight hours
- 3. stir in sour cream during last 30 minutes
- 4. spoon over pasta and serve
