Broccoli Cheese Soup #2

Ingredients
  • 12 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1½ c butter
  • 4 qt water, divided
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 c celery, chopped
  • 1½ c flour
  • 1 (16 oz) jar of Cheez Whiz
  • 1 large pkg frozen broccoli cuts
Steps
  1. Cook veggies in 2 quarts of water and bouillon until tender ( about 15 minutes) in a large stockpot.
  2. In a dutch oven, make a roux with butter and flour and slowly add 2 quarts of water.
  3. Stir in Cheez Whiz and spices.
  4. Pour Cheez Whiz mixture into the veggie mixture.
  5. Mix and serve.
