Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole

Ingredients
  • subheading: Meat Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce, jarred or homemade
  • subheading: Ravioli/ Cheese Mixture:
  • 24 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, for topping
Steps
  1. subheading: Meat Sauce:
  2. Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess oil.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in Italian seasoning and salt to taste.
  4. Turn off the heat and stir in 2 cups of marinara sauce.
  5. subheading: Ravioli/ Cheese Mixture:
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta cheese. Mix to combine.
  8. Add the frozen ravioli and toss to coat in the cheese mixture.
  9. subheading: Assembly:
  10. Add the ravioli and cheese mixture to the bottom of the prepared pan.
  11. Pour the meat sauce on top of the ravioli, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  12. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  13. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly!
