  • ¾ cup finely sliced green onion (ok to omit)

  • ¼ cup olive oil , for cooking
  • subheading: LEMON YOGHURT DIPPING SAUCE:
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp finely grated garlic , optional
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
