Meatballs - Homemade

Ingredients
  • 1 lb - Ground beef
  • 1 - Egg - beaten
  • ¾ c - Panko/Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ c - Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Tbl - Sweet Green Pepper - finely chopped (I use green bell pepper)
  • ½ tsp - Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp - Garlic Salt
Steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° and cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  3. Roll meatballs in hands and place on baking sheet (about golf ball size)
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 min, flipping them over ½ way through, until no pink remains
Notes
  • *** Add to spaghetti sauce and serve with pasta or as a sub sandwich
